Our Fragile body and mind

Any living being on this planet, no matter how strong or resilient it may seem, is incredibly fragile—both physically and mentally. A small fall can shatter the harmony of a well-functioning body, while a single traumatic incident can leave a lasting scar on the mind.

This fragility is not a weakness but a reality. It is a reminder of our vulnerability, an inherent part of being alive. From the tiniest insect to the largest mammal, life hangs by a delicate thread, constantly navigating the fine balance between survival and collapse.

The physical fragility of living beings is evident in how even the strongest creatures can succumb to an accident or disease. Similarly, mental fragility lies in how a word, a memory, or an event can ripple through the mind, unsettling our peace and stability.

Yet, within this fragility lies a profound beauty—a reminder to tread lightly, treat ourselves and others with care, and appreciate the fleeting, precious moments we have.
