At the age of 7, one lucky day when I got the TV remote in my hand I scanned all the possible channel for a cartoon series. There was a women dancing on the stage with the colourful golden dress with lot of face expression. I admired the way she rolled her eyes from left to right. it was so stunning and new for me. I ran to my mom to ask what is this on the TV show I want to learn this dance. My mother explained to me about bharathanatyam. I must say I fell in love with the most famous indian classical dance called Bharathanatiyam.
Finally my father agreed to take me the dance school of Udupi. they are the best in the town. I was so little the dance teacher asked my parents to wait for few years so that I can hold the dance Muthras. I felt terrible I wants to grow like a big girl by doing some magic. After making few visits to the school my teachers agreed to teach me the Bharatham. Oh my god that was the most happiest news for me. I can’t wait to say more about my first day class.
