Re-Organize things around me

Re-arranging the living room will make the mind gradually prepare the mind for a change.  Whenever i wants to change my lifestyle i change the things around me that helped me a lot in many occasions

Say NO to toxic people

The more we hangout with toxic people the more we get into attracting negativity. I jot down the people name i spent with and categorise them how i feel when i spend my time with them, finally i strike out the names who’re highly toxic and stay away from them.

Find time for myself

I often get more attached with my work even after my work hours and be anxious about the deliverable s, One of my best friend explained me how she managed to live work life balanced life by leaving the office ciaos out of my home doors. So i do things that makes my time meaningful, Out of box researches, planning for vacation and story witting makes me a more happier person.
